One readable says something about magic amulet. What is it ? Can I get it somewhere ?
And what about strange paintings on some walls with some greek letters ?

Aspirin/Sneaky Aniza,
When you say Trophies do you mean the Old Treasure Room or the Rare Treasures Room near the theatre or somewhere else? I have 6942 / 7695 loot and 14 or 15 secrets and apart from trying to find the woodman's key outside I have come to a halt? If Trophies is elsewhere do you have any clues?
Thanks
Aspirin check out all chests in gaurd dormitory opposite jail.

OK thanks Sneaky Aniza - I had got those.
Just found the
woodman's key card and now 15 of 15 secrets (on Hard difficulty). Still on 6942 loot. Don't know where the last loot is though? Don't think I found the merchant Lorenzo's treasure. (I see Lorenzo's treasure doesn't appear as an objective on Expert or Normal??).

Thanks Sagittal.
I still wonder where the last 2 secrets are ... any list ? :)

Remaining questions:
How to open the manhole next to the cabin you start in? (I guess its connected to the other hut)
Whats the purpose of the switch next to the one that turns off the waterwheel?
And why can you switch the waterwheel off anyway?

There's an iron hooker inside the hut

Dia,
I did exactly what you did! :) :
Quote:
#3: I succeeded (I think) in disabling the rays & the metal things that come up from the floor around the Claw when I went thru the observatory underground secret rooms (don't forget your gasmask!). In those rooms there are all sorts of switches & levers to manipulate & 2 of them are labeled as part of the defense mechanisms for the Claw display. But I was never able to disable those darned watchers! I ended up just using my invisibility potions (I had 3 of them) while I opened the lock on the Claw's display case (watch out for a falling weight!); then I just grabbed the claw & ran!
I completed the mission, but had quite a few optional objectives I wanted to finish but couldn't because I had already stolen the claw. I guess I could snuck out of the room without taking it though and come back when I was ready (right)?
The other curious thing is that I never had to use the
Purple override access card -- the one which you could get from the bank in the PREVIOUS mission. Using the observatory secret and escaping the water trip simply put me in the right position to get the claw. I knew I didn't have to find the key cards since I had the "master" one, but I figured I'd at least have to use the purple one somewhere.
Optional objectives left undone:
1. Two of the paintings ( I found one of them)
2. Lord xxx Treasure OR 5000 loot. (I only had 3500 or so loot)
I did find the "clever" secret (cute) and discovered the alternate backstory about one of our most beloved villains ! Guess I'll reload a save from mission #2 before this point-of-no-return so I can finish up more of these secrets.
Thanks again, Sterlino!
