I finally got T2 and a FM loader installed on my jenky computer after a few years off. This mission is the first I've played in a while and I love it. Knowing that it is the last from Lady Rowena I kind of don't want to finish the mission.

I thought that I had the code for the vault in the bank but it doesn't open. I found the code from a diary and it should be three less than the date on the date on the diary page. Am I off track?

That should be the right idea. I did not note exactly how I extracted the code from that diary, but the result should be "1512" (derived from the date December 15th). Try that if you have not done so yet.

I misread the clues then because I wrote down the date on the page in the diary minus three days.

Great mission so far!
I think I need a little help. I can't find the key to the door at the ground floor at Grand Canal 16. I also need the key for the "security shop".

I can't find the key to the
door at the ground floor at Grand Canal 16. I also need the key for the "security shop". The owner of one of the apartments in Grand Canal
16, Zack, has been captured by the police. They also confiscated his key, so you should find it at the police station. There is a bug related to that key in v1.0 of the mission; everytime you read
Zack's note in your inventory, the key vanishes from your inventory and reappears in the Evidence room again. So even if you already robbed the cops, the key might be back in its original "hiding place".
The security shop
has no key. You can only open its door from the inside. So, you have to find another way in. This way is
through the apartment above the shop, occupied by Mr. Pratt. His door cannot stand your lockpicks.Unless things are different on higher difficulty levels (which I didn't play so far), this should get you going again.

Wow, it was really amazing mission. It took me a lot of time to figure out that is based on Ambush mission from Thief 2. Basically on Market place I had first Deja Vu, but I connected that just after checking every paths leading to Market Square. This is by far the best mission based on original mission. It's not just change in graphic, there is ton of new gameplay and story. That's mindblowing, how it is possible to transform this uninteresting city mission, which is Ambush!, into this great city mission. I had a lot of fun with it. Thank you for making.

While playing this mission I developed a skill for getting the guards to step into the canal and drown.
Run around in the water in front of the guards, quickly mantle up and jump back in a few times.

Back in here tonight, enjoying a splendid French brandy and wandering around beneath the moon and drifting clouds. All sorts of Thief memories seeping back.
Thanks to Lady Rowena and everyone for all these fine moments.
