Have you got any saves you can upload, preferably when you first enter the second area, before the enemies have gone into alert status?
I've just loaded a save myself in the second area and all the enemies appeared to behave normally.

Sry, I uninstalled it 2 month ago from FMSel. But I don't mind playing it casually again and will see if the problem is still there.

I finished it. In my last playthrough, I forgot the eye of wrath which is, without it, you could not pass into the gate because of the unkillable 4 minions.
Really great mission. The only problem is I had to knock all the guards as fast as i could so they don't all get alerted

The issue of over alert AI's have been fixed, an updated ic.gam.dml has been posted in the post above.
The issue was due to the fact this is a dedx mission and the original ic.gam.dml that Glypher had placed in the fixed zip fixed the AI's in general but the issue was complicated with the radius of where arrows landed, so if you had used a moss arrow an AI coming along later walking nearby to where it landed would go into super alert statue. The new ic.gam has been tested by myself, Beauchlien and Jax and everything seems good now.
