An update: I'm a bit further now. Got the rope arrows which are really important. Opened some gates, hit some guards:ebil: . I had to use my gasmine to "unroot" one guard who had a metal cap on. I couldn't blackjack this one. Tricky:eek:
John, it took me several minutes to steal all loot from the display cases with glass on top of them. Even when I crawled, it didn't light up, so at first I thought they were just there on display. I think this could cause a bit of lootproblem in the end.
Did anyone else had this problem?
I'm still looking for the key to open the police area. Is this Lt. Mosley's key?
I think this is a hell of a mission, especcially considering it's your first!!!!

I forgot:
John, I didn't find a key on top of the roof which you mentioned.
and where is the conference room?
I've been walking miles and miles around the area to find it. Now I'm tired:p

ShadowWolf421, in your question about the puzzle of 3 being 1, you have the wrong idea--
The creator of the game is referring to something more simple and much closer by. One is referring to 0, something round, plus it is something inside meaning there is a hollow middle. There are three circles in the downstairs area, close to the ceiling, where you find the cukoo for the clock and there is a mechanical head. The bigger of the circles has a treasure inside of it.
:cheeky:

Gloria, I didn't find any key on the top of the white building either. I didn't use this path when I played, but went back and tried it after hearing about it from ?? sorrry, can't remember who ??. It is definitely easier to get to the next area via this roof, but you will miss the stuff in the "condemned" building by using this route. The condemned building is to the right of the white (3-guarded) building.

LOL, if you didn't mean for roof-hopping to be employed, I certainly played "outside the box"...LOL.. I used roof-hopping techniques to get to the
West gate opening, and the entrance to the holding cells... I'm embarrassed to say that (not realizing the obvious entry), I gained entry to the holding cells via a VERY difficult climb to the roof of the building (if anyone wants details, let me know). I later realized my easier path.
BTW, saw and liked the "Jeni" on the wall.
Side note to author:
It was obvious that the "mantle to the roof of the white building" solution previously posted was not intended after going there and seeing the "blue" textures and seemingly lack of sound-bearing room brushes there. I didn't see that on my first playthrough, and probably wouldn't have noticed if not for the post recommending this approach. Thought you might like to know.
Thanks again. :)

Gloria
Thanks so much for your nice comments. :)
I noticed the problem with the display case too. What is a good frob distance?
You can get into the police station without a key, but you will need to find LT. Moseley's key to finish the mission. In response to an earlier post by Ottensen, I removed the transformer and extra master key, and pushed the barrells to make them unmoveable. Of course this will only be noticed by those who haven't d/l the mission yet. :P
My next mission... I'll have to think of a theme first.

Bassmanret,
hehe
As soon as I got home I deleted the transformer and extra key. The key was up on the white building near the back door. I also moved the barrels so that they can't be moved. Sometimes it is hard to see the uncommon path while designing.

You'll miss some loot if you go that way. :P Thanks for your comments. I still have a lot to learn and hopefully my next FM will be better than this one.
Thanks again. :) On a personal note, Jeni is a girl that I cared for very much during junior high and high school, but have not seen her in 18 years or know where she is now. :(

Its great FM despite that. I really like a mission that's not to easy to play through. I liked not having things like rope arrow right away to force me to come up with some unique solutions to certain areas. And I think the best part was getting the key and then not being able to open the door to the west gate due to lock problems. Garett has it too easy sometimes so its nice to get unexpected set backs. :)

Just finished!! Really enjoyable mission with good architecture. I found obtaining the loot particularly challenging!! If I would make any suggestions for improvement it would be to make switches look like buttons/switches (I nearly gave up looking for that first one!!!!) and make sure you can see the keys. I only came across the master key by luck.
bassmanret I found both secrets.
I think the first is the button under the desk in the office with all the painting in Lord Baffords the second is definately in the large storage room in the police station. Check all the items carefully for a secret button.
:thumb:
