OK John...as I said I found my way in via the crate...two were not needed actually if you angled your jump to the right so you kindof slid over :) Again I'm lousy at crate stacking! LOL Your other two methods...well don't know about barrel climb...guess I didn't try the right one but would have exposed you too much I'm thinking from what I saw?
Your choice of not making that ramp not jumpable I don't agree with. Firstly, that made it too lienier of a method to get over there. Most ppl like more choices rather than having to go one certain way..which you made rather evident in this situation. Please understand I'm only expressing an opinion for possible consideration next time you make an FM and I certainly hope and encourage you to do so. For your first effort you really did quite well! :)
Guess I'm going to have to check the loot list as well as I finally did go back over to the Thief and used my gas arrow. And by the way, I found only one...in the Armory. I did not find one in the water tank area you speak of? But now I'm $76 short of goal. :( I've been all over many places again...even inside the barracks of the Aux jail and all I find is a non-valued hair brush :( tsk, tsk...too many places IMHO should have had some kind of reward for getting there and exploring. Just like the garden on the roof...it was a challenge to get over there and nothing found again...etc., etc. etc. I also agree about too many doors appearing to be frobbable or pickable and not working...a few might be in order as Garrett will not always be able to unlock a place but I think this had a few too many, again IMHO :)
Thank you John for your work to make this one and hopfully will be seeing another one in the near future. Ta and Good Hunting!

UPDATE TO MISSION comments... I went back to pawn shop and got the two statues :) I saw them but because of distance, didn't think they were treasure but decorations, LOL Then I missed seeing that poker in window at waterfront due to follage cover...so that made my quota plus :) However, I had originally left by the Prison front gate and my Mission didn't complete with loot objective completed. I wasn't about to go back and exit again so I consider my game done. I guess you needed to get full loot first before exiting Prison gate? Thanks again and Good Hunting...now onto Island Pt 2 :)

Thanks for your comments. Your opinions are well take, however I am a little confused about something. What did you mean by "ramp?" The barrel climb was something another player pointed out to me, something that I never noticed while designing.
When I played the mission I didn't need total loot to finish the mission. I'm not sure what happened. I do know that when Garrett finds Jenivere he has to actually enter the cell. I don't know how to make an objective out of seeing another AI.
The barracks at Bafford's Office building? The AUX holding cell didn't have any barracks. There are three footlockers at the Bafford barracks, and one has a fire arrow.
I understand your point about the frobable unused doors, but after reviewing the mission, only the porticulis behind the three guards at the beginning, and the one metal door at the water pump station, were frobable and have no way to open. Every other door can be either picked open, many with only one pick, or opened with a key, especially the master key, or opened from the other side of the door.
The garden was difficult to get to, I should have lowered the pipe as well as the one inside the water tank building. Oh that is where the other gas arrow is, on the pipe inside the w.t.b. hehe
I still have a lot to learn and the next mission will be better than this one.

It's one of those reverse objectives, it has to be done when all other objectives are done, kinda like the OM Ship yards (I don't remember the name.)
:p

Just curious if that loot list on your site is a COMPLETE list John?
Reason being, I think I found a bug.
The guard in the locker room, I K/O'ed him before I had a chance to see that he was holding, and I found no loot on him. Only way I realised was backtracking later after I saw the list, and that he was supposed to be carrying 100 loot! (If it helps, I have the first full-release version of this mission)
I also have hit every piece of loot on your list, and I am still coming up 300+ short of the full loot total that this mission has to offer.
I must say though, this mission has great potential to be expanded upon, with more secrets and hidden loot. Again, fine job.:thumb:
I have also found several map-holes around the outer perimiter, but that's just me. I try to explore every inch of a map.
I had a HELL of a time gaining access to the 2nd story "sun porch?" across from the front door of pub only to find nothing.
Another thing that I could not figure out was how to get up to the guards over the front door of Bafford's house.
And that balcony to the right outside of Garret's place is very inviting, yet I could not get their either. :weird:

Sorry John for the confusion of the "word" ramp...actually meant "catwalk" :) Well I guess somehow I didn't venture far enough to see the other gas arrow? I didn't go past the door that let me outside and maybe it was over farther ahead?
Well I'm not sure where you considered this location of a barracks (?) but after you enter the Aux jail from below and go through that barracks...guard in next room (which I BJ'd of course) then going down some halls on the right side was a door and upon opening I found another barracks? Looked like a barracks to me but then maybe it was a servants room (silver hair brush in locker)?
As far as freeing Jeni...I did get that checked off...but then I guess you meant for me to go through the Prison twice? I'm confused here, cause you can't save Jeni till you get the key which is in the Prison...so then I would have to get all the loot and go out through front gate a second time? Once is good enough for me :)
Gloria...I got in without alerting/alarm setting off :) And when I tried for a long time from my other attemps...I waited and waited and alarm never did go off :( So that's why I decided to see if I could get over using crates so I could get in without alarming everyone :) Thanks for coming back and expaining how you did it though! Ta and Good Hunting!

Fire Eater,
Its hard to keep track of a hugh mission. :p I think the barracks you are referring to are at Bafford's Office Building. There are two archers in front, actually back door, one inside patrolling, and you get to it by going in, right, down a long hall. I just want to make sure we are at the same place. In that room there are three footlockers. One has the hairbrush, second has a deer leg, and the third has a fire arrow. The Aux Holding cell building is too small to have barracks. Not trying to make a big deal out of it but I just want to make sure I understand so I can do better next time.
The catwalk was meant to be that way. The space in between is exactly the width of the missing catwalk seen on the ground. btw there is a flash bomb under the broken catwalk.
Thanks for your comments. :D

The loot list is complete, however there was one error with the list. The prized poker should be 200, not 15. Everything else is ok and all loot is accounted for. None of the mission updates affected the loot count or placement.
The sleeping guard has a $100 purse on his left hip. Ironically I was able to take it even when he was awake. I don't know how that happened.
I would have liked to put more into it but I was at the upper limit of the object max without changing it. I think my next mission will be more focused and concentrated.
btw why were you in the glass window building? hehe. I tried to design that one after a clothing shop in Breckenridge, Colorado. I had two ladies up there but I could not get them to act like manikans. (sp)
The guard platform in front of Bafford's is not accessible, That is something else I have learned for my next mission. Hopefully the guards were attentive enough.
Thanks for your comments :)

Glass room access......
looking at the glass room from the pub, I went to the left and into the dark corner. Put a rope arrow up into the wall high above the wall, and climbed up onto the wall. Walked on the wall to the roof of the building the glass room was attached, and looked down onto it, put a broadhead arrow through one of the panes and fell into it.
:cheeky:

I had a lot of fun smashing the windows in that mission.
I put a walk-through on my web site today. If I miss something or if something is unclear then please let me know.
Thanks!!
