I played on expert my first time, then ran through on easy. I can see why that body may seem strange with nothing there to really explain it. You'll love Expert/Freedom, lots of fun:thumb:

Yes, playing on Expert is a lot more interesting. Need help to finish, though. Where do I find how the plague started?

hint: Check out the bridge area
Straight answer: Where the bridge is at, follow the river bed to the canyon area, you'll find a scroll there

Okay, Eternauta...soon enough, I will judge your creation appropriately.
Good for you, that you are part of the December celebration...

I have got several negative reviews about this mission. This is good, I like it.
I want to know what players think about it. However, I would have never had a 15 months long Betatest if I had been in a hurry to release it.
If Kingsbridge is ugly, with empty rooms and repeating items, this is what I wanted it to be.
It was a precise choice!
Mea Culpa! :D

Damn...I need one more bug potion and #5 does not appear to be there on the hard difficulty...any hints? Got 1 thru 4...Last person to cure is in the candle shop
1. Tavern, upstairs, first door on left, top of cabinet
2. Potion Shop, Buy it
3. Lady Antoinette House, downstairs, rope arrow up to loft
4. House where you use Ratman Potion to get in
5. Couthbert Crane area, in chest on the street at the City Gate dead-end

There should be one in a basement room reached via a trapdoor in a passageway near the potions shop. You have to be close to the trap door for it to highlight. It is in a passageway, in an alcove near a barrel (or crates, I can't remember which).

It was on the street by # 5, but on the inside street, accessed though the house, I never went down there. Clever

Yup, that's the one that took me ages to find as well. I did visit this area before but the frob distance on the chest is very low so I thought if was just scenery.
Eternauta: I for one really enjoyed this mission, but I would've toned down the snow a tad as it can sometimes be a bit hard to see things. I wrote somewhere else that the use of ambient music, moody and warm lighting inside with nevertheless really deep shadows with really good textures and architecture made me feel like a true intruder inside the counts' houses, something I haven't felt in quite a while in an FM.

I thoroughly enjoyed this mission. I enjoy all the free games this community has to offer.
You get very little for free in these cynical times. I am dismayed that anyone would denigrate an authors effort as ugly or repetitive.
Constructive criticism is perfectly fine, disparaging remarks are not. We are not the largest community around, but I would like to think that we are one of the most supportive and encouraging.
Everyone has their own style and that is reflected in their work, it is a very unique signature.
Eternauta, please do continue in your own inimitable style.:D
