man that was a good mission. a nice ending cut scene of L'Arsene yelling and screaming while being drug to the gallows would really finish it off.

Hello,
This is a little one. I've been to the tower and continued on my way where I encountered a house with two guards standing in front dressed in olive green. There's another strolling guard inside, and a servant using the, um, necessary.
Upstairs there are a pair of doors, locked and unpickable. For the life of me, I've searched the house through and through and haven't found a key. Am I missing something obvious?
Whacking the door with my sword did nothing but alleviate some temporary frustration :)

You may not have gotten into the area where you find the key to those doors yet. [SPOILER] Have you been into Chez Serge and found the room where the murder was committed? There's a key on the floor by the sofa there. That opens the gate just down the street from Chez Serge. Explore in there and you should find the key that you need for those double doors. [/SPOILER] :)

I've been away from this mission for close to a week now. I've also been offline for almost that time due to a move. Let me start out by saying that I've gone way past where I was in my original post. Nevertheless, I'm stuck once again.
I seem to have everyone knocked out, and the only place I haven't been, that I'm aware of, is De Lorets property. I can't figure out how to get in there? However, I also only have 6 keys, and I never found a use for the Jewellers key that I found early on. What's it for? Nor have I really accomplished any of the objectives except for the loot requirement, and to Recover my goods. I haven't found L'Arsene, or his treasure. I'm really stuck and don't what to do next. Help!!

I never used the Jeweller's key. I presume it just unlocks the front door of the Jewellery shop, but I never tried.
[SPOILER] Have you found the tower where Le Poullieux hides out? He has the key to the door in the ground that's at the end of the street outside the Inn where you started the mission. To find it, go out the back, upper door of the Security Office (Police Station), down the ladder at the end of the catwalk and into the wooden tunnel on the right. At the end, you'll be in a shed. Check the back corner for a ladder.
Also, you need a key that a lot of people seem to be missing. You found your stuff, so you've been in the rooms next to Chez Serge, where the murder was committed. There's a key tucked in under the edge of the sofa. Go back to the street, past the front of Chez Serge to the gate at the end and it unlocks with the key. That's the Abandonned Area and you'll find stuff you need in there. [/SPOILER]

Thanks much Nightwalker, but I still have a problem.
[SPOILER]I found the key under the sofa, and even proceeded pretty far into the locked gate area. I took too much damage with the old Admiral, so I'll have to restart from where I found the key. [/SPOILER]

I have to say that what this mission sorely needed was a map. It's such a big level, that a map would have really helped a lot.
[SPOILER]Is there any way you can try and describe to me how I get back to the Police Station? I don't even remember what it looked like. All I remember is an area with some very annoying Bluecoats in it, that once I get in it there were pews, like a church. There was also a hall that lead to an area with many ladders, going from one room to another. [/SPOILER] But I don't think this is where you mean.
I ran around the map for over an hour last night and I just can't seem to find it. Please try and help.

Getting back through to areas you've already visited is much easier than getting there the first time. There are gates that open with levers from the far side, so once you're in that district you can open them and get easy passage back to where you started. You didn't say where you are, but I'm presuming you're around Chez Serge? I'll go write some directions for you, to help out and PM or e-mail them to you. :)

May I ask a question here? I have all objectives except for find my loot and take L'Arsène to the jail. Where is my loot? And how do I get into the warehouses? Thanks for the help. I hope it was okay to ask in this thread... Brilliant FM by the way!

It's fine to ask here, since this thread is about L'Arsene. You can't get into the Warehouses. To find your loot, go to the room where the murder was committed (next to Chez Serge) and look down behind the head of the bed for a lever. :)
