I have finished all the objectives but I am unable to open either of the safes in the armoury. Do I require some key ? Just to finish the game, I would like to know this.

if i remember well the safes in armoury can be open with the lockpicks. Do you mean the armory in the market place ?
This mission is so old that I can't remember all the details :o

Yes I meant the one in the market place with the mechanical eye. I am unable to use my lock picks on the wall safes. The safes don't highlight when i select the lock picks so I thought there is some key. I ma playing this mission for the first time and have to say it is an amazing mission. On Emilie Victor now :D

Honey, I'm BACK!!! :ebil:

I just wanted to replay the "l'Arsene" mission + the rest of the campaign and Guess what: I got everything on expert except where to find the key to the cellarplate in the ground (where the stash is?) in a small area with some crates and bushes are.

I really forgot!!! :eww:

I followed the "harpguy" all the way, went up to every tower, but no luck.
If someone remembers: please give me a direct hint, so I can move on ....

If I remember right... when you got out of the police station for the first time, there is a storage area nearby, with some crates. Look for a ladder there, and follow the road. :)

I made it, just not out of that last lootplace .... but nevertheless, just missed 300 of loot and found 1 secret out of 0 :ebil:

Well, I played this a few decades late...searched for some FMs I hadn't tried because of the recent anniversary contest. This mission is amazing! Easily my top 3 I have ever done. There was never a part that felt like the author had gotten tired of working on it and just wanted to wrap it up...every part had amazing design, the story exposition and writing was brilliant. Never have I come across a villain so worthy of Garrett and that I wanted so much revenge against. The fall trap was so cool : ) A+++++

Awesome mission, if only there was an in-game map as well. This has all sorts of places to explore, streets, buildings, underground, dewdrop to find. It took me a while to find the door in the floor for one of the objectives that I encountered earlier then forgot about. Time to get on those sequels!

Absolutely fun mission! One of the most immersive stories ever, fluent play-through!
Reminds me that neat graphics are not everything!
