Thanks Shadowspawn, Great mission. I got through it in a couple of hours this A.M.
Loads of fun getting the timing just right so the 3 enemies would spawn in front of A.I. Got them to kill the guards, etc FOR ME. :sly:
I do have a question:
On the street where Jimmy's parents and all the bluecoats are, there are 2 huge gates at either end. Both have A.I walking around behind them. Is there any way to get to the other side of them??
ukjeeper,
No, those areas aren't accessible. I just wanted the city to look a little bigger than it was.
Lady Rowena,
You didn't read the wizard's note he sent you. When you do, you get a loot requirement, since now you know you are leaving town. (And a cool line from SlyFoxx/Garrett about taking 'a nice relaxing cruise')

Holy Shit, you are the master scripter Shadowspawn..i love the initial meeting with Fishkill..Thief meets Freedom Force hehe, tres cool.
Was an interesting new take on the LoTP environs, and a great mission all round.

I have just finished this mission and still have one question:
There are two frobable AIs: the librarian and some guard who stands below the balcony with Jimmy. What should I do with this guard? In other wrds: is there a way to save Jimmy (blackjacking does not trigger any hidden objective)?
Thanks for nice mission, Shadowspawn! Great technical effects! :thumb:

Thanks for nice mission, Shadowspawn! Great technical effects! :thumb:
By frobbing the guard, he explains the situation to you (Garrett). To save Jimmy knock him out and bring him downstairs to his parents
@bukary
You have to BJ Jimmy (:o embarassing I know) and take him safely back to his parents to complete that particular senario. But you don't actually have to save him or not save him. It's just extra fun fluff kind 'o stuff.:D
:sly:
Jimmy was sort of an easter egg. I really wanted people to just react they way they wanted to in this case.
BJ him and throw him over the edge? Sure, go ahead if that's how you feel. But I also wanted to give people a chance to be a hero if they wanted, instead of forcing anything with objectives. And Mom does give you a coin if you save him. Which should drive folk who have to get every last coin crazy!
It took too much work to get that scenario working right.

What are you all talking about Jimmy? You mean the guy who was gonna commit suicide or what? He was dead when I found him, he was lying on the ground way way down dead as a doornail.

Why poor Jimmy had jumped before you saw him is a mystery. What i think is wrong is that there could be another room brush somewhere that has the same name as the one that triggers that scene thus triggering the scene prematurely. I may be wrong though.
