Ahhhh I think you mean,
that long hall way, were you frob the torch, and there is a secret, that hallway. Right? I will explore more, much to see in this mission.
Poor Jimmy. That was great. Well, not for Jimmy, but you know what I mean. MsLedd, great mom voice. *My baby*! :cheeky:

I am having trouble following the directions of the note to meet a keeper. I start off on the window ledge then matle up, head left, cross over some pipes on the other side, then I follow around the building on the walkway to the part where there is a gravestone and so on. The farthest I have gotten was inside a building with a broken elevator where I roped down and broke the wood beams to get access to the outside. I basically have no idea where I am going. I need the exact location with as many hints as how to get there as possible.

Don't follow around that Building! Once you walk across those pipes it's
straight left of you and down a bit. You should see a ladder on the side of the wall. Go down there and have a frobsie around!
Is this your first objective right at the beginning? ...if so...
Cross over those pipes indeed. Now you're already about halfway there. Once across the pipes, stay on the brick ledge that outlines this roof. Turn left and walk about 15 feet to the corner of the roof -- now look straight ahead and down a bit. You should be able to see the stone "hidden" door in the wall down there against the opposite wall. This is where to go. Now turn right and walk about 30 feet along the roof edge and there will be a ladder down to where you want to go...
If you're later in the mission, then I'm not the one to say anything.

Thanks Jabberwocky I did not read your spoiler, so I will wait and see what happens.
If I survive and finish, then I'll come back and check.
Thanks again.

What a mission, I really enjoyed it! :)
I was so frightened by the new AI in the beginning that I was near to give up. Instead I ended with
11 unused healing potions! :)
Only one thing have disappointed me: why there is no loot requirement?
I also have a question:
was there a way to save Jimmy? I'm so sorry because I didn't understand the situation, I thought there was a baby in danger.....:(
A great mission! Thank you Shadowspawn! :)

@ Lady R.
you have to KO Jimmy and take him back down to his parents.
Lady Rowena on 25/8/2003 at 01:22
Aaah, I did it! Fortunately I had a previous savegame.:thumb:
The first time, I don't know why, but I didn't see Jimmy at all. When I arrived on the balcony I only found the letter.....
Thanks Sly Fox, I feel better now.;)

Loved life of the party so I was delighted to see another mission use that level. There was some awesome stuff and I think I missed out on some of it. Great job with the add-ins.
I had one crash and it happened:
when I was going down the stairs in the bank. It crashed to the desktop. Also, Jimmy kept repeating himself, until I knocked him out. Unlike some, I didn't throw him off the balcony. :p But thanks for the idea.
So, yeah, I'll be playing it again soon. I am hoping for a sequel. Please please please?!?!?!?!?

Originally posted by Shadowspawn Once I got the idea to put in the jumper, it took about 2 months to make it work right.
I had to handle all of the cases; saving him, spooking him (which makes him jump), killing him / knocking him out and throwing him off the balcony, etc.
There's a pile of responses, conversations, metaprops involved, not to mention two custom objects that resemble the mother or Jimmy being carried.
That might be the most complex scenario I've ever built.
But I think there are even more complex ones coming up in the next mission (if I get it done in my lifetime).
Glad you enjoyed it.
OH, What an amazing event!
I came out on the balcany across from Jimmy wimpering about "Im gonna do it" and had no idea was he was about to DO thinking it was a simple stage play!
By the time i got close to him and shot an arrow into his back "oops" he lunged to the ground and SPLATTTTT!:wot:
And a women fainted in to a guys arms and then he was carrying her throughout the mission upon his arms on the ground as i scurried about!
If anyone has missed out on that event you need to reload and see it.
Now thats some serious dromeding to say the least!
Nice touch indeed!
Along with getting my nightmares to fight the enemy guards as i needed to clear areas along the way.
You can create counter measures if necessary making the most of it! Heh
Excellent FM for sure!:thumb:
Thanks for an awesome adventure shadowspawn
