I hang my head in shame - I am always the first one to get stuck... Where to find the bag of Apex? The only two places I haven't been in are The Billowing Sails and one apartment in the Seagull's Nest, and I have no idea how to go there.

A lady in the Seagull's Nest just gave me a key to an apartment - I've been a couple of places, but can't find it. Any hints?

Go to the entrance of the
Rusted Hook and find the apartment at the right of it. Climb the ladder.Tannar on 8/9/2009 at 19:27

ticky - Go past The Rusted Hook and you will see a metal catwalk on the left with a ladder...
