That's a mystery to me. They work fine on my computer, and none of the beta testers mentioned that one. I've even had them fire accurately at me when I was standing in the watchtowers where the archers are, right through the window and out the other side!

It may be because i'm not using a Patched version of Thief 2. I am using the original boxed version and just using Dromed 1.18
Is this the problem?

I think that Komag has every patch you need at The Keep. Give it a try. Even the OM's are different in many ways with the patch.

I just about managed it on timing alone, always heading at them from the entrance (i.e. not running against the back wall). They will go yellow but once you are in the dark alcove you are fine. Turrets fire into the floor for me alot too, generally, so if I hear a turret bang off I consider myself 'got' and reload.

You can run in between 2 turrets back and forth and the bombs will miss you.
