I decided to give up like several others on here. The mage keeps dancing and saying his weird language in the spider area. All the undead are done. I've tried this several times already and no difference. Oh, well, guess it would have been fun to finish.

Many fine elements. Some really creepy atmosphere. Obviously a lot of work and planning.
But very frustrating. Without this thread I would never have made progress.
At nearly every critical juncture I had to come here for the way forward.
The fight between the mage and the monsters was fun to watch.
But the mage never got into position to properly end the mission. He just kept on with his chanting to no purpose.
I eventually just quit and called it done.

No one ever was able to end this one, eh? Like everyone else, got that mage chanting in the corner - oh well, guess I'm "done" as can be...

I am unable to finish because of the stupid MAGE! I have tried this now from several different saves and he does the same thing every time. Once he leaves the cemetery gate he backs himself into the corner and NEVER comes out.

Agreed that there were a lot of good aspects, but a lot of bugs and unconventional design decisions which made things difficult. I'm sure there's a lot going on behind the scenes, but it is frustrating.
I never figured out what the lock on the cabinet in the office did, the key turned but nothing happened.
Also, whatever atmospheric sound was supposed to play in the graveyard was just loud static

I'm working on a 4 mission campaign, this one + three.
I promise the bugs are gone then.
Thanks for the input.

Great to hear Beltzer I have been replaying some of your missions and I thought to myself that I have not heard from you lately on the forum.

Glad to hear :p
Thats true. To much in real life. I have not worked on the missions much lately. But i hope i could change that.

Well, I came here cause I wanted to see if anyone else has the same bug as I do and I see, pretty much everyone has the same bug! :laff: in the spider area that mage does not continue anymore, he just jumps back and does nothing else, so I can´t finish.
I must say I think it´s one of your weaker fanmissions, beltzer. At first I was really pleased with it, especially the eye-candy! The furniture and custom-objects reminded me so much on christine´s missions, so pretty! But then when there was a murder in the city it went downhill imo. First, why was there a murder? There were no hints for it, no? I had trouble getting through the city cause there were so many guards looking for me and for some reason (what was even the reason?) I was not allowed to blackjack the sheriff. And while I reaaaally love searching for items in a mission, here you had zero hints on where any of the talisman pieces were. I had to come here for both of the diamand locations:erg:
But still a big thank you for the effort you put into it! :)

Got a save? Let's see if we can fix.:D

Why don't you play the campaign instead? The first mission is much better, less bugs. And some more info about the murder in second part.
