Great mission madwolf. This is just the type of mission you don't want to end. I finished the objectives on expert (apart from return home) before I had been to quite a few areas.
I was very pleased I continued to explore or I won't have found the ankh and everything else connected with the park. Perhaps finding the ankh could be made an objective in any update is people did not miss out this area. Can anybody tell me how to open the wooden door in the cells on expert. I read an earlier spoiler that told me about a switch in the cells but I can't find it where they said.
I was a bit annoyed with myself for having missed the button on the ceiling of the cell that was mentioned and a floating key somewhere in there. I just loaded up the final version of the mission and that button is NOT there when I play. I also couldn't find any floating key. At least I know I didn't miss finding something this obvious. Why are they there for some people??
Sir Lance -
That is only a place for your friend to flee to. There's nothing back there for the player to find.
Thanks Sir Lance
The reason the whole park thing, including the ankh wasn't an objective was that I always get a kick out of finding stuff that wasn't a part of the main storyline. During beta I nearly changed it to make it an objective on expert, but it started to get pretty complicated. I hate messing about with objectives. In the end I'm pleased I left it the way it is; as a teaser, with a few clues left lying about. Perhaps I'm wrong but I feel it increases replayability if you find you've missed something.
As I've said in the readme thingy, I had a great set of beta-testers, some of whom sat through three betas. It's a big mission; things get missed, and that damn button was one of them. Frankly I still struggle to see it but that may be my moniter.
I'll change it if I do a ver2.

Florian - you may not believe this, but a gremlin has assigned a value of 15 gold to the chest in the Old Gaol bunk room. (I saw this in Dromed.) Unfortunately you can't pick the chest up, so you cannot do better than 9198g in this version. :(

I am having difficulty trying to mantle up on the outside of the chimney in the first arear (across from the bank) Is there something I am missing?
I have always had jumping issues... sigh

Ethne, if you can't jump and mantle on to the ledge, there are some crates in a little shed across the way from the bank. Use these instead. :)

Thanks Madwolf.
There's a very tall tree in a niche near the locked park. The wall that forms one side of the niche flattens way up there. This led me to believe it might be a way into the park. I fired a rope arrow up there, jumped on the wall, but found it went nowhere.
Anybody else go through this? I think there ought to be a hatch up there or something which leads into... I dunno, something! Because I just love to rope arrow around, especially if I can get my arrow back.

Two things:
1. How do I get out of the Mayor's house, none of my keys or lockpicks work.
2. Where do I find the "haul"? I checked Robert's room at the Old Soak and only found the note.
(Thanks Madwolf for your help earlier. :D)
