Loaded a save and the flame does goes out but only for a very short while, like one second before relighting, but you do hear sound of something special occurring.
Does the flame not even flicker for you? Is the flame meant to go out permanently, difficult to tell watching ykcats lets play as he turns away from each torch immediately the flame flickers, but if they are meant to go out permanently replacing the NVScript is clearly not the solution if it messes with your loot.
I'll post a query at Shadowbox, Jax maybe able to come up with a solution.

Yes they are supposed to go out completely. I hear a special sound and maybe a small flicker, cant recall, but no change in light source.
With the old script file, loot items can be taken through the glass. With new file, they cant be taken at all, including the mask in curators study on 3rd floor.

Ok, so now I realized there's a second script file in the mission .zip, tnhScript.osm. When I update that one to the 2009 version, then all the loot items frob like normal, and they are no longer frobbable through the glass, so that fixed the problem. But now I got the same problem as fortuni with the torches. They go out, make a sound, but then reignite a second later. This seems to be the only issue now, but they are supposed to fully extinguish.

Hah, that was it! I knew they had to be put out in a specific order, but I didn't know they behaved like that if done incorrectly. Then the two script files are the issue. Should probably include a note about that in the brief summaries list. Thanks :D

I have also downloaded hi-res versions of all the custom paintings in this mission. Download link is (
www.klatremus.org/uploads/MG2_hirespaintings.zip) here if anyone is interested. All the files must be put in the fan mission's obj\txt16 folder.

Will do, but when making my lootlists I have always had the latest T2Fix and other scripts installed and kind of expect other players to be doing the same, so can't make notes in every lootlist and Brief Summaries about bugs that occur if playing with out of date scripts, usually such information is picked up on and mentioned in the missions thread, just like here.
Edit: Added note to Brief Summaries entry.

I always play with updated scripts too. It's just here the old ones are included in the zip, which override any you have in the main T2 folder.

i can't find the heart and the infos of the mystic gems :confused:

The heart is in the vault. Access to the vault should be somewhere in the cellar. However, to get in there, you need a "Private Study key" first, then you have to go to the top rooms of the museum in order to find that study, and in there, you should find a red "Vault key". This will allow you to open the firstof two doors there.
The second one obviously has a combination or number lock. The right combination is derived from a general's birth date which can be read at one of the museum's exhibits.
I am not certain where information about the gems can be found, but screenshots from my last playthrough suggest that it's either in a letter found in the upper rooms of the museum, where someone lives, or maybe in a paper lying in a little street outside the museum. There should be a "crumpled paper", possibly near a little cellar windows on street level, but I do not know what's written in that paper - only that it might be important for some puzzle/riddle. Someone from the museum goes to the pub there regularly, I think.
