I've certainly done everything, but when I hit the drop key to satiate the ghost and start the dialogue, I never did get the ring back, and yes I went back and searched thoroughly for it. The objective has un-ticked and no joy at the exit point.
Please disregard the above After sending my savegame to Yandros, who replied that he found the ring, I double checked, saw nothing as usual, but then I hit the crouch key...and there it was. I swear to you that I pored over that cell and foyer every which way! The only place I did not crouch to look all this time was the position I was in when the ghost appears!
DUH...

If that's all you're missing then I would consider the mission complete. In testing we debated that decision, and I recall the authors specifically saying they preferred making the player have to pick it back up over allowing them to complete the mission with the objective checked but the ring laying on the floor somewhere.

Maybe it has something to do with picking the lock, then stepping back so I would have time to scroll through inventory for
the signet ring and drop it before the ghost would be upon me.Another thing I noticed was when I loaded a KO-ed guard onto the elevator, he went through it and ended up on the first floor...I've only seen this in a few FM's, and I don't know the tech term for it, so with the ring I might have been in a spot where a dropped object goes right through the floor and out of reach? It is absolutely gone. I even scoured the recess the cell door slides back into. Please disregard the above -
Yep - marked it finished! Thanks!

That's very odd. I wonder what could cause it. We never saw that in testing and during testing I did put a KO'd guard on the elevator and he did not drop through. Strange...

I actually did notice that in testing and forgot to report it. :o
As for the ring, I'm curious, could you email me your save game so I can look for it in Dromed? I just have to know where it ended up. As for needing time to find the ring in inventory before the ghost is on you, well, he doesn't move or charge you, he just stands there blocking your way into the old interrogation room. You can take your time, and in fact you can leave and come back later (which you must do in the event you go in there before ever finding the ring).

Tres Anonymous Amigos....finished with 3490 loot. Still missing quite a bit, seems like I looked everywhere but obviously not. Any chance of a loot list?:D

The authors made one and I would imagine they'll make it public soon. I can ask on the test forum.

Very nice mission! But stuck in a bunch of places:
I haven't found any way into the Warden's office, or into the small room behind the gate inside the secret room that opened up with a book switch.
I got into the interrogation room, and a blue apparition appeared there. It doesn't talk to me or anything. Just kills me if I get too close. I'm pretty sure I need to find and give it / show it the signet ring in order to get some reaction from the ghost?
There is a locked panel beside an elevator that I haven't found any key for.
I found the key and unlocked the cell with the sheriff's officer inside. The objective ticked off, but he hasn't left. He just stays in there making demands and threats.
A civilian-type guy has just appeared (dead?) on the elevator across from the power room. I can't frob him to pick him up. Who is he, how did he appear there, and what am I supposed to do about him?

Almost all of those things will become clear once you get into cell 6. If you don't know how to do that, here's a hint:
Go through the kitchen to the staircase and upstairs to the little elevator. Take that up the the security room and in the office there, read Sergeant Jediron's journal. You must already have the master cell key if you unlocked the cell for the sheriff's officer.
For the sheriff's officer, at the end of the conversation with him, after you unlock his cell, he says he will stay there until he finds the most opportune moment to make his escape.
As for the guy in the elevator, I have no idea.

Of course, as usual, I discovered many of the answers shortly after posting. I can run around in circles for an hour, and as soon as I post, things start to resolve themselves.
Now I just need to find out:
1. how to get into that locked room with all the records in it
2. hard evidence (probably in that locked room with the records)
3. where are those human noises coming from inside the warden's office? I KO'd everybody not behind bars in the mission!
4. the pocket watch the warden mentioned
5. the identity of the mysterious, unfrobbable dead guy who appeared stuck inside the elevator platform after I turned the lights back on. I never KO'd any civilians near there! I panned 3 civilians on the noggin, and they are all still where I hid them.
