How did you get past the ghost? Did you have the ring and then drop it in front of the ghost and then forget to pick it up again? When you drop the ring, the objective is no longer complete. You have to pick the ring up again for that objective to complete. This is by design, not a bug.

Besides Tannar's hints, there is also a book which suggests what you need to do. It's
the book that Kevel is reading, which is next to his journal, on the table at the bottom of the stairs by the kitchen.@poronty - I have tried many times and cannot
KO the ghost. Looking at the mission in Dromed, I see he has no physics model, so it should theoretically be impossible for anything, like a frying pan, to collide with him. So my hat's off to you for somehow doing it! :D

Hmm... I have a ghost problem here...
I have a ring from cell 6 but can't use it on ghost; he kills me immediately when I'm approaching.
