Well, I just finished it. Great concept, great visuals, great atmosphere. Love the red bubbles, and I really wonder how the reflections on the marble were made, quite impressive (I don't think I play with bloom on). But this mission was a real nightmare for me...
I played it on expert as I usually do, and I had no clues whatsoever. I missed the purple diary on my way down. As I didn't know how to land on the pipe, using flares I managed to jump on the wooden beam nearby. So once down there I was completely stuck. While the symbols are pretty smart, they are way too small, I couldn't see them ! I didn't even see there was a fish ! And even with skacky's hints I had a hard time solving it because I had to climb my way back to the diary to understand what's going on.
And then, the jumps are way too tight. I had to quicksave at every jump, I wasted so many flares trying to figure out where to jump, got stuck in the walls a couple times when I wasn't falling into the abyss. At first it was fun, then it got very frustrating. Ragequit was close :mad:
And I don't think I'm clumsy when it comes to jumps with the darkengine, so I can't imagine a new Thief player giving it a try. That's a shame because the mission is really cool.

You can use rope arrows to get up close to the animals.

This was a pretty fun mission, although the quantity of rope arrows I had made me expect that the pit would be much deeper than it actually was.
I was also expecting some sort of undead to pop out when I looted the golden chest
Is it possible to flare-elevator down? I had to do it to get back up at one point because of an aggravating pixel that kept knocking me back.

i think i pressed the animal in the right order, still nothing happens maybe am facing a bug? what´s the right order?

Did you go through all of skacky's hints on the first page?
You need to find the
correct instance of each animal and then

Okay, I quit pouting and went back and tried the mission again and I finished! Once I got the hang of things it was a lot of fun!
