I´m replaying this mission in "Expert" mode, although i´m stuck, can anyone tell me where´s the key for this door?

The key to that door is in the alchemist's bedroom on the top floor. To get there you first need to inspect the area near the top of the staircase leading to the basement. Look for a secret switch. It's on the windowsill.
IIRC the "basement key" opens and locks some of the doors in the basement which can also be picked.

Thank you, i have only one thing left to do , find the alchemist documents about some research., i found one in his room , now i´m missing one.

I thought that readable was particularly hard to find, I actually remember looking for help in this thread. It's 1) general location: in the living room on the ground floor 2) exact location: behind the sofa in the SW corner.

Thank, i have a bonus goal and i am forced to completed, it says i found a note regarding the mirror and i should find more information about it, where can i find more info about this mirror to complete the goal?

What you're looking is in the room next to the mirror room, the one connected with it by the secret passage. You should find another readable - a diary? - I think it was on the floor, check the corners carefully.
