I'm replaying this one, on hard, and I'm missing the mirror and alchemist goals. I've read the walkthrough and watched Fen Phoenix video, but the items are not where they should be for me.
I went to the second floor where the haunt girl is and did it by bashing the double doors open. Did I break the mission?
