You need to find something to use on it first.

Have you used the
chisel and crowbar yet - inside the house? If not I think you need to do this first. You will find
something you will recognise to use outside later.Bigger hint:
chisel down in the cellar area - crowbar upstairs to help move an obstacle

Sagittal, I used the chisel, but not the crowbar..........
You got me going, thanks a lot!!!

I'm at the back of the shed, outside the wall
there's a pile of debris where I guess there's the void key. It highlights but cannot move it....:confused::confused: You need something to dig it out with. Check the servant's note again.

Well, I realised. It's also in Thief Gold as an objective on the hard difficulties.
Clue:
Brother Murus wanted you to do two things after setting up the prayer of consecration.
One of them is what you need to do.
Could you please be just a tiny bit more specific about
where and how to bury that poor servant? Or did I misunderstand the hints to
Brother Murus in TDP?

I seem to recall digging a hole earlier on in the game. Hmmm.
Blatant Spoiler:
Grab whats-his-name from the sealed up wall.
Pop him in the hole by the shed.

Pop him in the hole by the shed. This was exactly my idea following the TDP reference, I did it more than once but nothing happened. Now I discovered why:
his remains must be vigorously thrown ("used") into the hole, not just gently placed ("dropped") to eternal peace. Thank you for the reinforcement.

Better late than never...
As usual another fantastic mission Haplo. Found most of the loot, and only needed hints for the Shed Key. I loved the swaying chanting undead in the basement, but is there any way to kill them or do you just have to avoid/sneak them? I tried the former repeatedly with no success so I am just curious. The bonus objective, lol. I kina tried that idea on my own, and it was cool when it gave me a bonus. I love when FMs do that.
I do have to say, for some reason Thief was slowing to a crawl every so often while playing this. Dunno if it was the FM, my system, or my damn Virus Scanner or what though... I also got stuck in the corner upstairs by the moveable bookcase. Lastly, there is some sort of brush issue in the basement at the steps where you go down into the room where the storage area is. I got hung up on the steps and couldn't move, then had that error where Garrett suddenly dies. Just thought I'd let you know in case you ever update it.
I forged through the issues I was having though, cause this was definitely a great mission. :thumb:
To everyone mentioning Undying, count me in too, I love that game. I've been currently replaying it here and there since Halloween.
