truely a great mission! the boarded up room was a nice touch. my only gripe: [SPOILER]After all the work to get the damn holy sword, that thing should wail on these badguys. it would have been cool to cleave the crap out of them, but instead i find myself in the same old i swing you swing dance.[/SPOILER] oh well. thanks again.

This thread is huge, so I'm just gonna ask: Where is the blackjack replacement?! I believe I'm supposed to get the thing before I enter the manor, because it's rather tough without a blackjack in there.

excellent mission, very fun, but after reading & searching the thread, i still can't find the answers i seek. thanks to anyone who will help me :D
question 1.
[SPOILER]how do you get into the necromancer's lab? i already dropped a body and a rock on the pillars to open the gate, but i can't open the door with the symbol[/SPOILER]

question 1 (and 2):[SPOILER]You have to drop the dead body on the plaque that expects an "offer of dead flesh". There are two boulders nearby (both triggered by pressure plates) to hold the pillars down. You'll find the Talisman of Life behind that door.[/SPOILER]
question 3:[SPOILER]That's one way to get down, though there's a better one: One of the pillars emits a humming sound ("Progress comes to those who listen"). Search it for a hidden switch. It'll open a trapdoor that gives you access to the lower area. The Nameless Riddler's Tomb is an optional location.[/SPOILER]
question 4:[SPOILER]You can't open the portcullis in the Burrick stables from this side (and you don't need to ;)). The exit in the sewers will open as soon as you've completed all other objectives.[/SPOILER]

OK, now i'm stuck.
[SPOILER]I'm standing in the lava room, i've read the message that "fell out" of the book of souls, teling me to put it on a pedestal. HOWEVER i seem unable to do this. I'm assuming the "pedestal" is the light coloured square in front of the red cone, but i can't put the freakin' book down!![/SPOILER]
