This must be the most "all-taffers-gathering-together-to-discuss-mission" ever!
Good for you Eshaktaar!!!
I seem to have other problems than most of all taffers, since I've found a inner balcony key (don't remember where though)quite at the beginning og this game.
I just can't seem to find the cold storage key. Where is it?
And what's about those burricks? Where are they?
It's now 03.10 AM and I'm trying to solve this game, just as I did yesterday ............ only: tomorrow (actually TODAY) I've to plan a BBQ for about 20 people, so I should be in bed by now.
Instead I'm breaking my head over this SPECTACULAR game, drinking too much of a dillicious white wine (I just started a second bottle) and being stung about 50 times by two daring musquito's in my room.
Is THIS Taffing or what .................?????!:ebil:
Please ........... someone .................??? put an end to my mysery and help me?!!!:sly:
Love ya all, Gloria Creep:angel:

Most likely you found the "inner balcony" key ON the inner balcony?:thumb:
As for the cold storage key..
1st floor kitchen ware, 2nd floor dining ware, what goes up and down, would have something UNDER it. :joke:
I'm loving this mission, but I've got a little question and I hope this hasn't been asked yet but I'm a bit afraid to look behind all these many spoiler tags and get spoiled on something I haven't encountered yet.
Where is part 5 of the diary pages? I have everything else ticked off at the moment and even though this is optional I'd like to complete it.
Some comments :
I loved "Definitely Dead Brother Sorven"! The face and voice upon entering the inner vault where the book is really made me jump. Elizabeth's ghost made me jump a little too and then made me sad when I read her note. I was terribly proud of myself for going down the trapped hallway and getting into the place where the Talisman of Life was without taking any damage! That was tricky! Benny guarding his precious doughnuts was a great touch. Thank you so much Eshaktaar! This is a marvelous mission!
Thanks for your comments, Shaz
Part 5 of Robert's diary can be found under the crates in the west tower (accessible through the secret corridor behind the guest rooms).
Whoo! Mission Complete felt soooo good :) 7235/8000 loot- good enough, all secrets, *and* I'm noble too! Great mission all around. Thank you for keeping me up way too late, I enjoyed myself tremendously.

This is simply one of the best missions I have played so far. Eventhough, I have finished all the optional objectives, I just realized that I need the stupid sword to kill Vabar or whatever his name is (Well... I know how to kill him by using the sword at something and cut it)
Where is this magical sword? Did I miss something somewhere? what about the tombs riddle bit? I must have missed that too. Dammit..
Any subtle hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The latest version (V2.0b) is now available at thiefmissions.com. If you didn't encounter any trouble with an older version, you don't have to re-download this one. I fixed the last bugs that showed up and corrected a mistake in the German version.
biledemon,
Both the Nameless Riddler's Tomb and the sword are in a secret area: Go to the tomb section with the leaning tower and read Brother Sorven's last note.
Here's what you have to do: One of the body reliefs in the corridor to the leaning tower lies the other way than all others. Rope arrow up to it and look for a loose wall stone. Behind it is a button. After you've pressed that button, go back to the leaning tower and look for a sarcophag that has sunk into the floor in one of the alcoves. Get into this alcove and you'll discover a secret corridor.
wow, i was so close, heh ... i was hoping to keep one of those rocks on the plates in the hall so i don't set the trap anymore though :erg: maybe i will find another offering !! har har har! :joke:

Gloria, what objective to you have unticked? You didn't say. I don't want to spoil things but
don't worry about finding the burricks. You'll get to them when you least expect it.
