Once you've found the sewers, the rest of the story will fall into place. Keep checking the upper crypt area, especially where Edward is supposedly lying in state.

Thanks Norman, I'll try that, but it quarter past midnight here now so it'll have to be tomorrow. Stayed up last night until 2.30am playing it and I'm very tired now and would probably not notice neon signs flashing FROB ME, FROB ME. Will let you know my progress, thanks again.

Just finished this truly great FM on Expert. Excellent riddles and gameplay, the only downside (for me) -- it has TOO many readable stuff.

If you mean [SPOILER] the force field blocking the church door out of the crypts, then just go back down to the tomb of Robert Farrington, up through the ventilation shaft to the sewers, then climb the same ladder you did before when you wound up meeting the burricks. There's another door open up there now. [/SPOILER]
