Yes i got the sword, i thought i would be facing legions of undead... Oh i walked around the Riddlers Tomb and didn't find any entrance so i jumped down only losing a few hit points, but i'll look for that entrance. I think when Garrett goes to pick up the message on the floor he should say "i have a bad feeling about this" i am not sure if this will ruin it for other players though, but i walked around the burrick room and recognised the lift and thought wait a min this is the same lift used for the burricks... so i knew something dodgy was going on, and i knew those damn gates would shut behind me if i went in. Anyway i had 15 fire arrows and managed to killed all the burricks but then they become alive again! (they respawned didn't they) I suspect there will be a sequel? A unexpected end to a great mission, that is a good ending though.

You're right about the rotten bodies. One of them is facing the other way than all others. Rope arrow up to it and inspect the wall stones nearby.
All that does is open a door revealing some loot, I'm looking for the switch to lower a sarcophigi.
The stars the clue is referring to are the ones seen on the painting you've got with you. You have to set the switches according to the stars' positions.
I don't have a painting with me, where do I get it.
Ok I'm stuck again, where are these 8 switches and I'm missing a key for several things.

Yay! Finished it!
EXCELLENT mission. Especially good story line. This is something special.

shadows,
Oi, you're not done, yet! There is a way to escape this trap without having to touch any of the burricks: One door that opens is empty, and there's a symbol on the floor. Now read the Antirquary Letter you found in the safe. Does this ring a bell? Good luck :)
DidThatShadowMove?,
The painting:
It's the one you need to steal. In the manor there's an empty room in the NE with a banner. Slash the banner and open the safe with the "Wall Safe Key". Then you'll find the painting.
The vault:
If you're looking for the vault's number combination to open the large metal door, look in the library for a book on top of one of the shelves.
The crypt area:
Ah, I meant the lying corpses at the walls you see in the corridor leading to the "sloping tower" where you found Brother Sorven. One of these bodies is lying the other way and close to it is the switch, behind a loose wall stone

Wall Safe Key? Don't have that key...can't find it anywhere
Master Garett on 12/8/2003 at 21:26
Would anyone please tell me how to get in the northern tower to get the last diamond?

3rd answer: thanks

azalq (and DidThatShadowMove?),
The key is in the same room where you find the testament.
Master Garett,
Go into the east tower (accessible through a ceiling trapdoor in the bedroom) and inspect the wall behind the barrel.
azalq on 12/8/2003 at 21:36
I didn't find the testament so that doesn't help me any :)
