It's in a room nearby. You need to [SPOILER] Back in the display room go out of the double doors; turn right and go through the door facing you and down the steps to the telescope. Frob the switch behind the table, then cut through the wire to make the display pedestals safe to touch. Now you can return to the display room and collect the Horn and the sceptre. [/SPOILER]

Okay, I'll walk you through it. :)
Firstly, you need to get back down to the church, to get there, head to the first floor of the courtyard in the middle of the house, and go through the double doors. Next, you need to get into the crypts. If you haven't gone there yet, go up to the second floor of church, and go into the only room up there, past the organ, and get the key from there.
Once you're down there, head down the ramp and as soon as you can, go right, and pick the lock on the first door on your right, there's a short, boarded up passageway which leads to a door nearby. There's a switch in here, flip it. Go down into the room with the single casket, that plays the cool music. Look up, and you'll see there's an opening to go through near the roof. Use a rope arrow to get up there, and head on through.
If that gets you where you need to go, I'll be a bit worried. I wrote that completely from memory. :erm:

Wow, thanks for you help! Even with the clue, I would have never found that ambiguously positioned hatch! Now I'm rockin' with this mission. Oh, this mission is.. you might call it Thief 4 if someone put this mission and another one like it in a CD and a box!

I got through most of OB, but I can't open these double-doors in the side of the hammer church.
Also, I have the holy sponge, and thought I could drop it in the holy water font on the wall in the room with the bunch of coffins, right under that "rising sun" icon thingy right above it.
So uh... what do you do? TY.
