I found a strange little thing.... With the Enchantment pack, and OB-Gold, some of the chests, such as the one in the wine cellar have two different textures on them.

The EP footlockers should have the same number of textures as the originals? And I never changed the chest models at all.
And I haven't had that underscore in my name for years, where do people get these things from...?

Your very nice textures Eshaktaar really look outstanding...but you put those into the Mod w/o having to use NV's EP, is that correct? Personally, I do not want to use the pack since I don't want to take the chance something might not work right and I don't want to try and track down fixes or whatever. No put down on you NV but some folks have been having problems trying to use it. Me, I'd rather be safe than sorry. ;)

The new textures are included in the new version of the mission, why would you need to have the EP installed? :weird:

Because I didn't understand how or what was used. It doesn't hurt to ask you know....thanks for the info anyway, not really weird either.

Okay, then:
This is a new version of Ominous Bequest.
It is a full Fan Mission release, with new, imrpoved textures. These are part of the FM, the same as any other.
There is no package of improved art assets for use with the original release or another FM / OM. This is a standalone FM release.
The EP is not involved in any way, unless someone has it installed, or Eshaktaar purposefully included some of its models in the new FM (I haven't checked.)

The objects I included from the EP are the switches/buttons and the Lost City-style treasure.

I've gotten about halfway through and it's almost like playing a new mission! I have the EP installed as well for the first time in a FM, and everything looks fantastic (with the exception of the footlocker which mixes two textures, as was already reported).
Even though I've played this mission many times, for some reason I can't seem to find Part 2 of Edward's diary. Nightwalker or somebody, can you spoil me? I want the optional objective complete before going below for the sword and talisman.
