Ok thanks, I'll look in there some more.
BTW, I think you misunderstood me about the door near the mech. compound. I don't mean the doors that connect that upper walkway between the buildings - I know how to get up there. What I was refering to is a locked door on the ground level between the buildings. Its right next to the sewer entrance. Have you been behind that door?
EDIT: Nevermind about that door. I finished the mission and see what its purpose was now.

Shadows: your reply to elkston re the locked door almost across from the room with the water arrows: does your answer apply to the expert level? I, too, cannot get in that area because BOTH doors, front and back, are locked.

I played on Expert and i just checked as well, yes you're right both doors are locked and unpickable at mission start.
I later found a yellow key which unlocks the front door (front been the area with statue) but doesn't work on the back door. I don't remember where i got it though.Spyrano on 30/10/2007 at 05:10

I'm a bit stuck. I found a key in the police station, in the quarters of the chief. It's called 'Klucz do pozdiemi', and I have no idea what to do with it. The only two things that I didn't unlock yet is the door between the police station and the church, and a little lootbox in one of the apartments, but the key doesn't fit on those. What to do now?

Sorry PG, I know I played this and got stuck too but my memory is dreadful. And I had a quite a long discussion with Sneaky over exactly how many undead there were in it as I'd missed a pagan area. He may remember better. But have you been to the underground area? After I found that I wasn't stuck anymore.
