Gloria: If you are where I think you are, there's a long way to go yet!
Find the information about the Ruby first - it's not through that gate - and come back later.

Thank you for answering so quickly.:)
I put the statue pieces on the pedestals ( in the right directions
too !!!!! ). If I understand correctly --- the unfrobbable door
at the end of the same room should open. It doesn't !!!:( I believe
that leads to the Treasure Room, where the Ruby Chest is.
What am I doing wrong ??
Thanks........Nancy

NAC:
There are 4 unfrobbable doors. Each statue piece is the key to one of the doors. When they are in the correct place they lock on to their pedestal and open the corresponding door. All four must be locked in place before you can get through.
Edit: I think (hope) I know what you are doing wrong. You have to "use" the pieces on the pedestals like a key rather than drop them on. Listen for the unlock sound.

Now I'm REALLY embarrassed..:o :o :o
I have spent close to an hour arranging, re-arranging , and
re-arranging again, those pieces !!!!!! And it NEVER occurred to me
to " use " instead of " drop " .:nono: :tsktsk:
You were right.:)
Thank you so much, for saving my sanity.!!!
And thank you again for a fantastic mission.:D

Metal Dawn, I got those two levers you mentioned.
I mean the gate upstairs when
walking through the secret door in the robots, as you call it. Right in front of the gate (the area where you are) is a room with ghostfaces or something on the wall. It's a red room). I just got the fourth statuekey, so I gues I've gott to go back now.
I'm tired of running in circles. A small hint toward the next step would be appreciated.
I have been in the room with the large face and put the first ruby in the eye socket. I found the switch behind the statue, but that seems to close the portcullis to get into that room. I can't open the other portcullis in the hallway.
I have the "treasure key", but can't open the chest that's near Eric. (The black chest that you have to crawl through the passage and rope arrow up to.)
I have all but the SW piece of the statue. I am unsure if the switch in the "plunge pool" opened some sort of passage or only dropped the tiara into the pool.
I got into the Records room and didn't seem to find anything useful. Half of a paperback book? A few journals? Any hidden switches or something here?
I am getting frustrated by the lack of progress. Any help is appreciated.

That should bring you back on track. Good luck and have fun.:thumb:

Is there a
huge face anywhere nearby? Because if so, you'll have to deal with the said
face; particularily
its eyes.
