I have
keys 1, 2 and 4, and a white lock pick. I've read here that there is no key 3, but there is a key 5. Where is key 5 please? Is anyone going to help with this?

Key Number five
should be the ghost, who stands near the clothing line, the guy with the beard. About Key Number three,
the ghost who has this, make problems. Sometimes he's lost, i guess he is somewhere in the walls. So he use the Key Number three to open the door and after this, the key will delete.

But that's just it, I don't have any ghosts standing near the clothes line. There is a child ghost, who pointed me to the white lock pick, and three patrolling men with three-cornered hats, all of whom are now keyless.
There's also a fourth man with a three-cornered hat patrolling one of the raised areas, also keyless. But no guy with a beard.
I have two doors which are frobbable but I cannot open. A wooden door up a flight of stairs near the start of this area, and a metal gate with water behind it.
Is there a glitch in the game? What trigger causes the bearded ghost to appear, and where exactly should he be?

You jump on that platforms without using the
water arrows? Didn't it hurt?
Of course it hurt, but not enough to kill me (playing at Normal).

Simple. The objnames.str file that you put into the english Strings folder is a german version. :cheeky:
Please look at my first thread, there is now a link to the english objnames.str file

Damned, I'm afraid, it happend something that shouldn't happend. During the test phase I had this sometimes, this guy din't leave his home, so I fix it while I disabled the efficiency settings, after that, it worked fine.
Please read the diary again, it's responsible for that conversation. if it do not work, try a savegame before you read the scroll on the wall! I'm sorry for that!

Amazing mission :D
I'm stuck in the area with the floating platforms - where do I find the key to the metal double doors?

As noted previously in this thread,
shoot the burning platforms with water arrows. This will save your health and a key will appear floating above one of the previously burning platforms. That's the key you need for the double doors. I didn't figure this out on my own - Sagittal nicely provided this info.
