Pedro, you need to find the bent cog key first and then get the teleporter working. See (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142092&p=2203754&viewfull=1#post2203754) this post.

Sorry I did not see this post, the gate or fence I was talking about is the one in Cardia1 screenshot. I was able to mantle right over with no problem.

Well I had to go back and skim through your Strife campaign first to know what was going on, but I finally got a chance to play this. It's a great throwback to the feel of that gaming era! Being able to fight back against bots on a large scale is quite satisfying too. (Especially since we've all been to Soulforge!) The exteriors are especially nice, from the beautiful lighting to all the realistic water effects. :)

Just south of the canal, inside the facility, is a large, round elevator. Take it down and have a look.

You have to also fill the boiler with the gas too, just to be clear.

Further hint on how to do that:
The gas pipe is in the water, inside the room just west of the poison well area.
