Hi Guys
if I follow Ricebug instructions and the bot does not appears. I put the three parts, and it wont take the boiler with the gas in it for the fourth part.
then I used the two switches, then tried to put the bot on the circular pad but will not stay, the pad rejects the bot.
But if I put the three parts on, the first switch is highlighted, then I press the switch, then the second switch is visible then I press the second switch everything lights up.
Then tried to put the bot on the circular pad, the circular pad's energy reject the bot.
this was one scenario
the other scenario I tried is this,
I put the 3 parts together, the first switch is highlited, I press it, then went to the circular put the bot on it, then gave the bot the bent gear, so far no problem, then press the 2 nd switch the bot disappears, waited for it to return but nothing.
So I am at a lost.

Ok, that sounds like you discovered a bug.
Anyway: you need 4 parts and the boiler is none of them. That comes later (5th part, so to speak).
Which position are missing then ? top, left, right, front ? (bottom is #5)

I have the 1. boiler filled with gas, 2. suppressor, 3.resistor. 4. modulator. 5. bot. 6. bent gear. 7. a useful flare. I notice it is the very bottom of the unit the lights up. the unit will not take the boiler. Why is it that it takes 3 parts of the unit to highlight the first switch. Also, on my objectives it has a check mark on it that says I have all 4 parts.
can you tell me what I am missing.

You should have a Sequencer as well. It will fit on the right hand side (brown gear). Visit the hospital and find some head-like machine part.
Did you find it and drop it somewhere - or maybe the objective ticks off incorrectly here?
I do not know. That would be up to Ricebug to figure out.
