Shadows did you find out what the two buttons in the niches opened? I'm playing through the 2nd time and found them too. I looked for what they might have opened, but nada.
Thanks

Has anyone found out what the
2 buttons, one in each niche (one of the niches opens up when you push the lever hidden behind a rib cage) in the hammer tomb does, i push the buttons but nothing seems to happen...If you really want to know:
There is a tiny chance that you can close the doors to the niches and run inside. With the button you can open it again.Other than that, reading all your comments certently makes me want to make a new FM. Some time in the future, right now I got my hands full with learning C#.

jesps, it is amazing how much you crammed into a single mission! I thought it would end when I found the town. Then I thought it would end when I explored it - but then I had to get into the jail... :D There is a cool Spanish colonies feel about the place, too.
Great work!

Hotlyx : From the church -
get on the south side of the gates (in front of church main doors), then keep heading east through town, until you go through 2 doors. Turn north through another 2 doors, & there's the market place. Now head north & a bit east around a big timber building which should get you to the little park with the waterfall. Turn east, go down, turn north (you have to), & turn right - east - just before a puddle. Straight on > voila!
Being this big, it's real easy to forget where places are you visited some time before, eh? :erg:
Good Luck! :)

Hotlyx: This is hard to describe but here goes. Watch out for AI !
From the public library head east down the slope of the main street through the big double doors down an L shaped corridor that turns right to the south. Take that right turn to the end is a door. Go out and you should be facing east again. If the big door ahead is locked then use the lever in the little room on the right. Head east to the end and turn left to go north then you should be facing an entrance to the crypt. Don't go in there, turn right before there and head east again. Keep going east, dog leg round keep going through the area where there the canals run along. Don't go right to the end as there are some guards round a campfire I think. Just before there is a turning on the left to the north which goes into the market. Phew! Then north behind the wooden building.
[EDIT] Dang! while I was working this lot out you beat me to it Fingers!

To find the Factory office climb up onto the tracks that are beside the waterfall and follow them.
I played this mission yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it! A very impressive first mission and I hope there will be more to follow. Thanks!
