She-Thief: I went back to the startingpoint, run like hell around the haunts, almost skying my way down to the caves, so avoiding their arrows, and now went back down the ladder. I gues we must do here ....eh something. I'm not sure yet.

OK: there were a lot of spiders, but they were quit easy to wack:cool: I made it a sport to gas them when they were sitting all together. hahaha
OK: the're some bugs, but you can overcome them.:angel:
When I first started this mision, I quit, nót for the spiders but for the "bugs that lead to NO KEYS!
But after a new try, with some help of Clearing, I must say: This is ONE GOOD TAFFING MISSION!!!:thumb: "You just have to know how to handle some stuff here.
You all can't deny that!
It's huge, but everything is looking .... different, every room you go in to looks different! It's great!!!
OK: some buttons should be better to be seen in some places!
So also a :nono: for the author!!!
But this FM is só great!!! I'll forgive him/her!
I really believed!!!! I was in a pyramide!
And all of those traps and falling stones!
I like that kind of stuff.

Am I to believe this is the FIRST FM of this great Taffer? The very first he/or she made???? WOW!!! :thumb: I can't wait to finish this one and start another one of this author!
Some of you are way too negative over this mission! I'm sorry! I don't want to offend anybody, but I can't relate to ANY of these negative remarks here on this thread!
Be happy someone is making us a new mission! I would say.
These spiders are well to handle. The author gave us enough (well .... nearly) to handle them. I never knew I had gasarrows in the beginning, so I just wacked them with my sword.
The haunts can be a pain sometime .......... but as a TRUE TAFFER: I'll be ready to conquer!
This game can get you more adrenaline into your blood than bungjijumping does, I gues .....:ebil:

i've already done that:( i don't know what to do now-i've even found a ton of scrolls but none of them triggered the objective!
down the "slope" that leads to the room with the ruby key, it looks like something's supposed to slide down there-am i supposed to do something there?:confused:

She-Thief : Ummm... I'm not clear on where you are / what you've done. I think the key question here is - have you been to the treasure room? (believe me, you'll know if you have!).
And no, you don't have to slide anything down that big ramp - the Royal Gallery - unless you've found a way to fit Garrett with roller-blades ; now that would be interesting! :laff:

once I found the taffin way in :mad: I still can't believe I missed that thanks again SinisterShadow :thumb:
very enjoyable mission, the background music set the hairs on the back of my neck standing so much that I kept looking round convinced something was going to sneak up on me, very effective ... oh btw I hate undead missions imho dead people should lie the taff down and stay there ... but this was ok ;)
and as for those who reckon there were too many spiders/scarabs/langleggity beasties, ever seen "The Mummy" or "The Scorpion King" there's taffin thousands of them in pyramids so I reckon it's about right ... never did figure out what they ate in the movies tho :confused:
good mission, as someone else has mentioned it looks like it's modelled on a real pyramid, I'd also be interested to know which one if thats the case, that would also account for the incredibly long corridors
I liked the treasure room, now know why my framerate dropped whenever I got near the door :eek:
I have to say Garrett can carry an unfeasably large amount of kit can't he ;)
few hints for people trying it
1 - don't turn on the lights if you can help it
2 - get rid of the torch
3 - REALLY seriously don't turn on the lights or if you do turn them off afterwards, you'll be grateful for it believe me
