OK i am confused Benny has the armory key, but i can't get it from just crouching and frobbing, and i can't get the keys off the masked torturer or the other two guards, cause they're facing me. So how can i open the cell? Am i suppose to make them chase me then turn back?

You'll get the torturer's key much later. But you need the key from the other guard. He should not be facing you, unless he heard your footsteps earlier and is alerted.
Or she starts off by hitting the body, then she turns and faces the male guard and starts hitting him, but it's like her mace goes through him, cause he doesn't react to the hits.

Yes. And I was very surprised that no bonus goal got checked. I even tried to throw him through cafeteria window, but with no luck.
