I actually finished it a couple days ago on expert. I had copied it from your i-drive to my i-drive some time a week ago, and days later, after several attempts, was able to download it at a decent speed.
There were some things I really liked, and some things I didn't really like, but it was a mission I wanted to finish.
I think my main problem was, the structure was just too darn big! Looks nice and all, but there was a bit too much walking, and some high-poly-count-related framerate problems. The enemies and floorplan could've been more `surprising' too.
Your outdoor architecture (the exterior of the building and the rocks) was very nice. There was enough variety in the floorplan to create a challenging `labyrinthical' feel <IMG SRC="eww.gif" border="0">, as in trying to find the ladders to get up to the next level. Some more puzzles and inventive AI placement could make this more exciting.
** SPOILER FOR SURE! **
Figuring out how to get the vault-switch-room-key (?!!) was a fun challenge. I also liked the vault room, and the flip-flopping doors and the trip to the roof. The tree-beast was a nice thing to see in a fan mission - they aren't used enough I think. The battle in the basement was also kind of neat.
So, there's my little review. I hope it helps. I was thinking - if you plan on adding to this mission, or making a sequel, maybe throw in another facility (one that isn't haunted), and you have to use the rust-gas can to make the robots turn on the guards (using a metaprop) or something neat like that. Keep Dromedding!
(I hope my sig works.)

Well, apparently about 350 people have downloaded it from the Underground already.
Can that be right..?

Hope you don't mind some constructive criticism. I'm only doing this because you keep asking for input. I hope this is what you were asking for.
I played on Hard setting.
***** SPOILERS **** SPOILERS ***** SPOILERS *****
The Good Stuff
I liked the vault room puzzle. I also liked the trip up to the roof.
The architecture looked very nice, even though it was too big. I could see that you had spent a lot of time on it.
The surprise at the end where the gate switch is was excellent. Totally unexpected.
The Not-So-Good Stuff
I got a rust gas canister but the objective didn't check off. So either I haven't gotten the correct gas canister or there's a bug with the objective. So right now I can't complete the mission.
I have to agree with Thief in the Night about the structure being too big. There were just too many big wide open spaces with not much happening in them. It just slowed down the graphics.
Inside the building the rooms seemed to have been placed there just to make a large maze. That's OK but to me it didn't make sense why a building like that would be just a maze inside. Also there seemed to be a lot of rooms with no purpose as far as the mission was concerned. There weren't enough AI or loot spread around.
I was able to climb up to some places where I shouldn't have been able to go. I got up on the rocks near the exit and also one corner of the building which was connected the rocks. In the second place the program hung. In the area near the exit I fell down to an area where I could see into oblivion and couldn't get back.
Door placement was a bit off. Many door would disappear into walls when open.
At all those roundish windows I could see through the lower inside portion. Do you know what I mean? The lower part of the window that was sticking inside the building.
There were a couple of places where my footsteps didn't make any sound. The sounds of the AI seemed to go through the floors and ceilings more than they should have.
I was able to walk through a lot of barrels.
Summary
Did I enjoy playing the mission? Yes, but it wasn't very challenging because there just weren't enough AI in it. There was too much space and not enough to do.
I hope you continue to make more missions. This one was a good first effort. I don't know if you had other people beta test for you or not. I have to think that you didn't because if you had, I'm sure they would have found most of the stuff I did.
I'm sorry if there's more Not-So-Good stuff than there is Good stuff. But I hope it helps you create an even better mission next time.
Would I download another mission by you? Definitely.

I actually noticed the gas canister too..when I played yesterday it messed up..it usually works..i dunno why it messed up..and I am making a better FM..this without haunts and stuff...it was a first mission..I noticed alot of those problems and they wouldnt fix so I said the hell with it and hoped no one would notice *little things*..For me when I played it didnt seem that large but I suppose it could be to someone who has no idea where to go. Well for the most part Im proud of my first realeased FM and am more expierienced in making them good and will continue with better fan missions. Thanks for your time and clueing me in on whats wrong. I hope people enjoy this FM because thats what it was meant for...Now I should be releasing some screens from my upcoming FM Access Denied im not sure if im going to link it with the last FM (I dont know why I would) but I may think up something clever to link them. Anyways, i dont think people will come out of my FM with un happy faces, but I dont expect them to think it was the best (so on). Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed my FM and I wont post any more replies unlease asked or commented...So everyone feel free to post what ever you think of a first FM. Well.....Later
