If you're talking about the book store. That's not it. However there is a unfrobbable chest on top of the shelves with the
secret panel.
Where exactly is this Baibber? I have all the other objectives completed. Can't find any other form of bibliotek/library anywhere :confused:

The frobbable flag by the prison door, what does that do? :confused: Can't find anything to unlock it with. It clicks but then I can't reach it with the lockpicks. Are the prison cells pickable? They light up, but I hear nothing. Is this really version 2? It's having some sound issues with other locks too. Other then that it was straight through game. Didn't need much help. I really Love the snow games :)

I’ve just played this myself and had similar problems. The Raibber is found as Nickie and the others have said, although the switch is still hard to find.
In the Library in North East of town (near the spinning Globe statue) go upstairs and stand on the bed with your back against the paintings and then look at the ceiling ahead of you, the Right side of the middle “beam”. Then go back downstairs to explore further. For me the mission ended once I had the Raibber as it was my last objective to complete. I was 565 short on Normal difficulty and finished there.
As for the frobbable flag near the prison door I don't know. That had me puzzled too. These things may be because I had not installed the dml scripts as posted (

Edit: After retracing my steps to advise as above I then visited
the other book place (South West of town) that has a lady behind a counter and found a little more loot so now 550 short (careless). :tsktsk:
