But now I'm not sure what to do. I'm in the large complex with the coloured locks, but I only found the blue key on this patrolling haunt - I've walked around the whole place and can't find anything else, and don't hear any others

Thank you! To find the other keys: look carefully in the pillars for the other three keys. The keys light up a little so they shouldn't be too hard to spot!

had a great time playing this mission,100% loot and even found the secret way out
my fav part in mission was the guard that when he is close to you ,he appears and as the guard gets further way it slowly disappears,this need to be used more on harder fan missions

is actually the correct way to do that, but because that is almost never the solution to puzzles in other missions most players get confused there if it's the correct way to do it.

Niborius, it is 100% your call to make a mission as you please and cool for you to do so. Some FM players like to ghost and this mission is impossible to ghost though. I am not concerned with that, but some may be.
Another minor critique. There are a few areas that appear to be accessible, but apparently are not. Usually, there is a way to get into rooms or chambers if they are visible and what I refer to as "highly mapped" (lots of detail). The
brightly lit crypt room near the locked spooky room near the last elevator is and example. Did I miss something? Can that room be entered? If it can, then sorry. If it cannot, then it is a bit of a tease. I spent some time looking for ways in. Not a big deal though to me. However, I was short loot at that point and expected goodies in that room. :D

Hey bjack,
That is actually my way to add more detail to the level. IMHO adding inaccessible rooms gives the player the idea that there is actually more in the level than just the playable area. Like there is a world beyond it to give the player a better feeling of immersion. I really do understand your opinion but it's a habit I will probably not change.
As for the ghosting, You've got a point there, but the creature in that last area doesn't necessarily need to see the player, you can distract it at one side and enter the other entrance once it has stepped on the floor switch. That still counts as ghosting, doesn't it? I'm not too sure myself

By all means, keep up the FM creation. For the most part, yours are pretty traditional, but do have a few extra goodies. May I suggest more AI in some areas? I thought I was going to be attacked in the vaulted colored key room, but there was only one haunt. Not a critique, just a suggestion. I think it would make the FM "pop" more. Not that it is not already good. Again, keep up the good work and I look forward to your next game :D
