Elentari: They can be opened... from the other side.
(For maximum effect, imagine that King Willy from Predator 2 just spoke the above line...) ;-)

Is there a map for this mission at some where you can pick up.

You can pick up some maps in the sewer's power station. Specifically in the crazy mechanist's office.

There are also maps for the monastery in the Library.

I found the map in the end, now i am stuck with finding the key that opens the door to the heal hammer. Also not sure on how to open the double gate with the ladder leading down ???.
Tannar on 18/3/2013 at 16:06
For the healing hammer:
Hint: Search Captain Standish's quarters carefully.
Spoiler: There is a switch behind his desk which moves the practice dummy aside.
Those double gates don't open from the outside. You will return that way later.

Excellent mission. While playing I thought the loot requirement was too high (6500 on Expert), but that might be because by the time I'd done the main goals, I had around 5700. After I found the required amount, I was surprised when the stats screen showed there was over 9000. I felt that I was thorough enough when exploring, so it would be interesting to see where the rest of it is. Without using Dromed
When I stole the Healing Hammer, I didn't do it in the 'thiefy' way. The following spoils the whole mission so don't read if you haven't finished:
I couldn't find the key to the door, so I carried on with the other goals. Stealing the Codex seemed like the priority, since the pagans were also after it. I assumed that I'd find the key, or a clue about its location, but I was wrong. After completing the Codex goal, I thought 'sod this' and went back and used my sword to break the door down. I'd knocked everyone out so no one tried to get me.
The Shield goal (Expert):
After reading about the ghost, I really didn't want to do this one, but my loot shortfall forced me in to it. I'm glad I did it now, because the enemy turned out to be easier to deal with than I expected. Although he was dangerous, I wonder if he didn't actively attack me because I was a thief rather than Hammerite? Whatever the reason, it was a very well done monster.

Reading now that several players are having a hard time finding the switch in the Captain's quarters, I have to wonder why. I didn't think it was particularly well hidden, certainly not deviously so - the desk was pulled away from the wall slightly at that end, and when I play, I make it a point to search the office/quarters important characters thoroughly because they often have secrets hidden away in them. I'm curious, how many of you who needed a clue to find that switch had searched the room thoroughly and just missed it? vs. didn't search much before asking?

That kind of place is generally one of the first places I look in a room. And yes, I do remember that I didn't remember. :)
@ R Soul - yes that's fixed in the next version I believe.
