Personally Beltzer, I like FMs that are not totally open
at first and do have elements that I have to think about e.g. finding a key to access "the next bit", or solving a puzzle/objective to progress further, finding an alternative more hidden or secret route and so on. It opens the mission little by little and, for me, that suits my style of playing I guess. It is a balancing act, sure, as some FMs have been (for me anyway) a too hard and tedious key hunt, but in this FM, I found the lockpicks, the keys and alternate routes (e.g. the attic) interesting, made me explore and have to think a bit, which I like. A big environment that is completely open right away, I sometimes find "too much". So, for me, this FM wasn't a key hunt, or arduous, and made me explore. I did get a bit lost towards the end and needed help, but otherwise I found most things, including the secrets. Anyway, just yet another perspective!

playing on expert where is the eye for the skull i see some other skulls with eyeballs inside but i cant pick them and also i saw couple of eyeballs in the lab same story not frobable so where is it ?? Found it 5 seconds after posting this

It's on the main house roof. To get there, get up onto the roof above the thieves' area, then face north and follow the roof across to the main house building. No, I don't see anything at the top of my reply page. The smiley faces, etc. are on the right side of the page, and the 'Post Icons' are at the bottom.
The page was o.k. when I posted at 18:54, so I really, really know what to look for.
I have reloaded this to make sure, and the page with 'font, size, bold, etc., does not appear.
