You are exactly right. I should have been more specific. I am playing on Normal and I am stuck at the gate to the circular room in Aerona's quarters. I think that is her bedroom but I'm not sure. The gate is frobbable but none of my lockpicks work on it nor do I have a key. Any help would be appreciated.

Beltzer, thank you! I thought this was excellent and I loved running round the mansion - so beautifully decorated. I will definitely be replaying it when I have a little more time available as I missed 3 secrets and loads of loot. It was a bit of a keyhunt but not enough, for me, to take away from the fun. And as one who has queued endlessly at Wembley, the NEC, Milton Keynes and many other concert venues, I say you can never have too many loos.

Ok, enjoying the mission so far. . .having fun running around - knocked everyone out. :D (sometimes thats way too satisfying. lol)
I've been all through the servants/guards areas. But. . .I'm stuck. Probably on something glaringly obvious.
How do I get into the main house? I have 'a key', 'Azura's Key', 'Thief's Key' and the 'special lockpick'. I've cleared all the guards out of the central courtyard and there are four doors leading into the main house from there - but none of them unlock with the keys I have, and none of them respond to any of the lockpicks. And I have not found a secret tunnel anywhere. . .what am I missing?

I am having an odd occurrence with this FM. Objects and textures seem missing and then will appear. A button on the elevator was missing so I could not use it but when I re-loaded a save it was there. I went in what seemed an empty round room only to have couches and a table appear. When I blackjack people the blackjack often goes right through them, so I have to make several tries to knock them out. That seems to be some kind of clipping problem. And when I drop them after KOing them they often disappear when they hit the floor. Sometimes they re-appear when I re-load, sometimes not. I have had some of the Thieves disappear when walking right in front of my eyes. Then they will reappear. Never had this happen with an FM. Am running New Dark 1.20.
Any ideas what is up? I could be missing things because of it. I went back into Darkloader and loaded up a couple of other FM's and ran then. Then I loaded up The Favour again hoping that something had just not loaded properly before. But that was no help. I also rebooted since often that solves a bunch of ills. Not this time. Just in case I am going to check vid card drivers. Thoughts??
