On expert I found 10642 loot, picked 7 pockets and have still got 2 secrets missing.

Need some help please regarding the library: Got in using the tarot card, but can't seem to find anything but loot. What am i missing?

Unfortunately i'm stuck again. Can't seem to find the
broom or the
dagger to stab Taffy with.Also when i
pick up the crystal ball, i'm transported and can't figure out how to get back.Please help.

The mansion is, indeed, very beautiful.
Two questions (I'm playing on Expert). I can't find the keeper medallion, and I can't find a use for the ladder. The figure at the top of the fountain in the courtyard seems to be holding something like a medallion but, ladder or no ladder, I can't get up there, nor can I shoot the object down. Any hints please?
