Hello to all,
I've not been around for some time. As is typical, I'm back now that I need your help. :p
I've been playing through "The Korrigans" without any help whatsoever. But now I am stuck. I've gotten to Gulliver's Mansion, and gone into every single room gathering loot. The note says the critters are hiding out in or around the mansion. I just can't for the life of me figure out where! I need to rescue Berenice to get the key, so could you help? Many thanks.

Les Korrigans is one of the most brilliant FMs I have ever played. Its attention to detail is astonishing. Its depth and interest is on a par with the best ever done by anyone.
BUT I need to know:
HOW do I open the prison room door in the Korrigans' area?
Fun to do: Get the Korrigans to chase you out into the city. I got one of the little bastards to follow me and he damn near slaughtered the whole town!

I loved this one, too. You need to
check the little burial alcoves in the walls. One of them has a little stool below it. The Korrigans put it there for a reason. :)
What's your favorite way to kill a korrigan?
A lucky hit by a one frogbeast will take out 3 or 4 korrigans. The trouble is the frogs aren't very fast. Two arrows, sometimes one will take out a korrigan.
Firing arrows at a group of them from a high rock is nerve racking. They slowly clamber up impossible rocks.
My preferred killing method - not only for the goblins - is having others do the dirty work.
At least in the last portion of the dungeons, you can alert all the little buggers and lure them out into the open (preferrably with many bluecoats as possible still standing). Of course it involves a lot of running around with all the unpleasant AI in hot pursuit, but it's really worth it when you eventually sit on a comfortable lookout to enjoy the big rumble
:ebil:

Oh thanks. I hadn't thought of that since I wasted them all before going down below. I'll keep that in mind for the replay because that is one of my favorite things too.
This was a great mission, but I will say that I thought "Korrigans" was a stupid name to have in the title. How shall I say? Here een America we have the Korrigans, but we are afraid of the Tonya's. The Korrigans are fairly harmless skaters.
I actually put off playing this game because I thought it involved some unpleasant clan of the Irish, which for some reason just made me want to avoid the whole thing. Had it not been for the very high ratings given at the circle, I'd have passed this mission up for inferior missions with sexier titles.

In France, the Korrigans are small aggressive goblins. :)
Oops, I did not know their meaning in America or in Ireland, I thought that it was similar.
I have gaps in foreign culture, sorry :erm:

I just assumed that was the made up name of the type of creature in the mission, which is why I didn't suggest any changes to it. I doubt many people made the assumption that The inscrutable po did.
