go to the T'Artists pub, it's on your map, grab a room key off someone, in one of the rooms step out onto the balcony and something happens...

Giveaway:
[spoiler]The golden skull in the room at the Artists' Pub activates the portal, and the scroll you find with it indicates that it's a Korrigan artifact, which was your clue.[/spoiler]

I can't seem to find a way into Gulliver's. Is there a key somewhere?

I am also wondering if there was a bug with the pawn shop:
[SPOILER]When I stole the collection, nothing changed in my inventory. The loot just disappeared when I frobbed it. I had nothing to drop on the table, though I had stolen the collection. There didn't seem to be anything I could do in the pawn shop. What should have happened?[/SPOILER]
