So, since I got over 3/4 of the way thru this one and now I can't finish it because of a bug with
Cindy's candle not attaching to the plate? :tsktsk: :mad:
That stinx! Did this not come up in Beta? :confused:
It's been an awesome mission - such as I would expect from Eternauta - but gee - a bug like this?

This bug was fixed and an updated version was released on 22nd March. When did you download it? Perhaps you missed the first post of the thread.

Just finished it on hard, very interesting mission. Nice "snowy" mood, beautiful music, good looking textures, very touching end of the mission...

I ghosted this mission almost to the end, first time in my whole thief2 life what is over 10 years long :D
not noticed BJ in the snow at start, found it much later, when i had all candles collected :)

Ok, that's very troublesome. That really shouldn't be happening in V1.1. But I suggest you just play on Expert. You won't have this problem then. There isn't any real difference between difficulty levels other than objectives.
And no, this never happened to any of the testers in over 5 months of beta testing. Somehow this problem and a few others turned up in the release version for the first time. But it really should be fixed in version 1.1 so I don't understand this. I'll send you a PM.

Seems the taffin idiot saved BOTH vers 1.0 AND 1.1 into Darkloader and compounded it by booting up 1.0 instead of 1.1! :tsktsk:
