Which key do you need?

THAT door? Maybe. Maybe not. Depends on which door do you mean. Metal crossed door (offices floor) is armoury, and
the key will come when you call for it. Shoot the mine through the window. Also there are two uniforms, one of them you don't need to continue the mission (just for look and +1 secret), and another is almost impossible to miss.
About ALL keys: their location is not affected by difficulty level.

I just started this mission and have been playing about 45 minutes. I can't find any keys that I have read about and it doesn't seen that there are many doors that can be picked or are even pickable. I just got over to the other part of town and am just as stumped there as muchl as I was in the first part. Is there a walkthrough for this mission, if so where can I find it?

Zontik, great mission, had lots of fun with it! Many tricky and entertaining things to do in there... :) [Played on Expert]
I found the mirror *very* early, with much more stuff to do -- and when finding it (and seeing "myself" :) ) the mission would of course end, but I thought it was ending successfully... apparently not! haha I found out why later here in the forums, of course. BTW: I suggest adding a "final spot" objective such as "When all your tasks are completed, return to your room." Something like that...? Maybe it's tough to do that and coordinate the really cool way in which you slightly altered the one objective throughout the mission...
Anyhow, when I was done with it, I saw that I had 4 of 7 secrets, and only 345 short of total loot. Part of that shortage was the rat & ring thing, and great to find the solution for that here. I had the right idea: I had already knocked the cheese away quite some distance (maybe 1/4 of the length of the table), so after seeing the solution for certain, I continued to knock it away all the way to the left corner toward the door, behind a pillar. Even that didn't do it, until I left the room and went to the elevator, then came back in, and *then* the rat was gone and I grabbed the ring (but could still hear the rat). Also, I didn't waste but 1 or 2 arrows on that; further hits on the cheese were done by throwing a dead rat at it. heehee So then, only 245 short of total loot after that.
So, I started looking here for the secrets list, and finally realized: I'd found all the secrets already. *All* of them. Yet the game told me I only found 4 of 7. So, there's a serious problem with the secrets triggering, as you can deduce from that.
I did, however, figure out why one of those 3 troubled secrets didn't trigger. It's the one where you leap north from Frob's balcony. I assume you meant for the player to get on the long N-S running balcony ledge and have a running jump at the *center* window to get over. Turns out I didn't think of it that way, but another. Here's how I got over/past the wall and caused the secret to fail to trigger: The way I thought of it, I had to stand on the long E-W running balcony ledge (and I also needed to have a crate with me). I saw the burning torch on the wall under the *left* window, and leapt from the balcony onto the torch (and hurt myself in the process, but oh well). Then I put the crate under me and mantled up and in. So all you need to do is make it where either window (heck, make it all three--just simply if you "break the plane") triggers the secret. I discovered it actually was a secret by getting back over there the only way I knew how (above), then thought to try mantling up into the center window from the other side, and *then* the secret triggered. And *then* I noticed the long approach lane I mentioned earlier to get the running start and hopefully not hurt oneself (heh).
FYI, I didn't figure out the camvator thing until after I had already been all through Clegg's/the City Watch. Only then did I realize the way you meant for all to get in there. I actually got in there through the "trapdoor" on the roof of the adjacent building. Want to know how I did that? I'll tell you in another post, unless you already know how. :laff: Or, I don't know, maybe you always meant for that to be an alternative way.
After *all that*, well, food for thought for you and once again: I had a GREAT time playing this mission in any case! Thanks so much!
