Yes, the scroll is in that secret room. To open the room you just have to look around in the library REAL close ( and then of course use what you find *g*)

Thanx hrothgar :thumb:
I've already looked all over the Library for it without success!

Originally posted by Hit Deity Well, I'm pretty sure I moved it, and it wasn't BitTorren'ts fault that I didn't specify the new location when I started it up again. I'm also certain it was my fault, not blamable (sp?) on anyone or anything else....
This mission is ok, but has a few problems...
Oh, the buglist for this one is long!!!
I'll start with misaligned textures on some shelving, a missing eave on a building, several ambients (and not just the bell toll) play repeatedly and seem inappropriate, no AIs in an area then all of a sudden there are a dozen all walking in single file with civilians on same patrol route as guards (wuzzup with that?), the list goes on, but gets increasingly niggling after that... Those are enough, and this is just for A Shopping Walk.
There will be no update. Christine quit DromEd! She spend more than 1 and 1/2 year to finish Night Falcon, which was supposed to be a Good-Bye-Present. We shouldn't say thank you. We better should hunt down all those 'bugs'. :nono:

Originally posted by Hit Deity I'm hoping that will trigger something along the lines of how to get into Wellhofer's Mansion. I'm stuck at it too. I got to what I think is the front door with two little fenced off areas to each side, but I can't find a way in. :( Have you got all the other objectives checked off? This is the final objective, (you don't actually get into the mansion until the next mission) so you need to do the other ones before this one will work. Then just walk through the first gate and the mission will end.
At times, I found this level kind of frustrating because there were so many tiny levers. And some of them were extremely important to letting the plot progress (like finding your blackjack and learning what the hammerites are up to, and getting the pocketwatch). Searching for them really slowed me down since I'm not good at lever/key hunts - it got annoying after awhile.
However, I can't really complain, since the rest of mission is done so very well. Especially the architecture and use of new objects. It is pleasure to wander around in it and just look at everything. This is just the kind of city mission I would like to make some day.
Thank you, Christine and company!

Help! Where is the information i must find to complete my last objective? Meaning what plans for Garrett he has? On the second mission, Still!
I just found the
shackles in the prison that opened up another door!
I must have gone around the whole Mansion about 20 times looking for that and the same number of times inside the library looking for the
book you can frob to get under the stairs.
I am not enjoying this mission at all. There is too much searching for hidden things to be had.

I just started playing the first mission, A Shopping Walk, and I am having trouble getting all the equipment collected. I found a couple of secrets in the huose, but I still lack lockpicks and a blackjack. So far I have only rope and water arrows.

Check the kitchen carefully, especially by the water-filled bucket :)

Melissa,
I have already been to the attic but it appears empty?
