Could it have something to do with that movie? I got the feeling the movie was pushing my system's limits and then when I started the game it was all lagged up. After a restart of the game and darkloader it worked fine though..

What Freddy said!!! :thumb: :D
@Po- I highly doubt it's the AVI. There's one other possibility- you may have a shared memory video card which can cause gameplay problems- but then slowdown would occur on most all fan missions (including the OM's). It's most likely just hardware being fickle. If it's JUST that mission and maybe one or two others, I wouldn't mess around with it though. There's a few missions I can't run AT ALL for inexplicable reasons and I just shrug my shoulders and move on. No system can run everything. (My PC dies when I play The Sims, LOL!)

Just finished "The Mysterious Tower" and I just wanted to say it was a great time. I always thought the fans of Christine Schneider were a little "teched in the head", but this whole Night Falcon campaign is a blast to play and totally satisfying.
I sort of saved some of these campaigns so I'd always have something new to look forward to. Just got to this for the first time about 2 years after doing Calendra's Legacy.

The chapter The Brotherhood of the falcon,... of a castle in a snow landscape, with vampires and walking full plate armors... we need to switch 3 or four broken lamps or candles... I can't found one of them. The walkthrough said about to found one on a office room with a vampire and a desk, but the switch doesn't appears at all, above, under, next, beside, below the desk. I tried ghosting the vampire to not to move the switch off screen accidentally with a fire arrow... but nothing... the damned switch is no more.
Any help?
Is the author listening?
See you.

That 'switch' (it looks like a small torch, of the variety used throughout the mission) is in a small room on the ground floor, near the pool.
(IIRC, leave the pool room and it's the first door on your left.)
I believe it's quite low on the wall, not as high as you'd expect a torch to be.

I'll see and I'll check with the description made in the walkthrough. I swear it said about a office with a desk.
Thanks!

It is an office but the "torch" is not a standard torch. It's an unlit one of those gas lamps that are on the walls through-out the mission. It is also partially concealed behind some cobwebs on the wall so you have to get quite close to it to see it. It's exactly where it describes in the walkthrough, though. If you still can't find it, email me and I'll send you a screenshot.

Ah, one of the best FM's :)

Damn! At last! You know... when you pass in front of something, and you are in "searching" mode clocking the frob button like a madman... that's why I thought it was a bug... damn lamp! :) And because I found the other two one in the floor, I wasn't to expect to found the "first-third" on the floor.
Thanks!

I need a little help with the same mission too.. In Lord Wellhofer's mansion I'm supposed to find the scroll containing some valuable information on the Night Falcon (or something like that, the first objective on the list, anyway). Both me and my sister have tried to find it for very long time but just can't seem to be able to locate it. Is it hidden in some difficult place or are we just blind?
