This mission is set in 1833 Buenos Aires during the revolution of the restorers.
Non garret character but keeps all thief 2 mechanics and AI behaviours.
It's a mansion heist with a city start

-Spelling. What do you mean WHEREHOUSE is not a real word? -looks into dictionary - WHAT?!
-Fixed couple of room brushes.
-Changed some models to be more present.
-Reduced the use of m02orchestra.
-More brushes for ambience on streets.
-More furniture.
-added one access point to stairs to first floor.
-Unrepresentable Dromed things like tex on correct hierarchy.

It's always interesting when a mission maker puts elements from real life history/geography or outright centers a mission in a specific real-life time/space. Cardia also did some missions like that (albeit more localized).
