Check out Father Bangor's office which is upstairs in the academy
Bigger hint: There's a hard-to-see lever on the side of the couch.

Ok, I give up. Everytime I try to enter the mission after a few seconds it crashes for no apparent reason. Just after a few seconds.
I fix multi-core every time before I enter the game.
EDIT-[I also managed to install DDFix and nothing changed. FM still crashes]
Every other mission plays just fine in GarrettLoader and my laptop is quite powerful for Thief (Intel & Ati).
Any suggestions??? Any complications from another insallation?
I searched through the forum but I didn't find anything helpful
EDIT 2 - Solved! I just did a fresh reinstall of everything and now it works like a charm

There's a hard-to-see lever on the side of the couch. We have to do a Garrett type mission one day and get our hands on Nightwalker's notebook.
:joke:

That might be beyond even Garrett's abilities :cheeky:

I actually spent some time working on this mission, creating books and setting guard patrol points. But by the time it was released I didn't have a copy of Thief 2 at hand so I've never played it. I have no idea how much of my contribution saw the light of day, but I remember writing about father Bangor (mentioned above) and others...
I just stumbled on this thread now while googling something else.
The second mission was stunning architecturally but IMO completely unplayable as a mission. Too big/ too many tight corridors and large, empty rooms.
Sorry to bump this after almost a year!

We didn't mess much with the patrols or the books, Macsen, so I imagine your work is fairly intact. It's a fun mission, I hope you can get T2 again someday and take the time to play it.

Yandros, I assume you still have a copy of the other missions that I have a copy of etc. Just in case someone or group of taffers want to resurrect them..

Great, that's nice to know. It took my bloody ages to set those patrol points!
Thanks a lot for finishing the mission. :thumb:
Just had a look at the book files for the mission, yes my books are still all there. Hard to believe it's been 8 years since I wrote those.
I'll keep a mechanical eye out for a copy of T2...
